  • Yes. A security deposit ranging from $300 up to one month’s rent is required at move-in. Please contact the leasing office for details based on your application results.

  • Utilities are billed separately from rent. Residents are responsible for electricity and water, which are paid directly to the utility provider. Trash, pest control, and internet services are also billed separately. Madison House does not use gas utilities.

  • Madison House offers lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months. Please contact the leasing office to discuss current availability and lease term options.

  • Madison House is pet friendly. Breed and weight restrictions apply. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent are required. Please contact the leasing office for complete pet policy details.

  • You can schedule a tour by calling the leasing office, submitting a request through the website, or stopping by during office hours. Walk-in tours are welcome based on availability.

  • Yes. Madison House has an on-site maintenance team available to assist residents. Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal, and emergency maintenance support is available 24 hours a day.

  • For maintenance emergencies, please contact the leasing office during business hours or follow the after-hours emergency maintenance prompt. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.

  • Rent is due on the first day of each month and can be paid securely through the resident portal.

  • Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents. Madison House offers a master policy enrollment option, or residents may provide proof of their own qualifying renters insurance coverage.

  • Each apartment home has an assigned mailbox. Packages may be delivered to the community package room or parcel lockers when available.

  • Yes. Madison House offers surface parking for residents as well as detached garages available for rent. Garage rentals are currently $125 per month. Please contact the leasing office for availability.

  • Madison House does not have designated guest parking spaces. Guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Madison House is located within the South-Western City School District. Schools include Darby Woods Elementary School, Norton Middle School, and Westland High School.

  • Madison House is conveniently located near everyday shopping and grocery options along West Broad Street. Nearby retailers include Kroger, ALDI, Walgreens, and additional shopping and dining options within a short drive, providing convenient access to groceries, pharmacy services, and daily essentials.
